Cooking food that you’ve just gathered from the hedges and land, gives the best experience that Nature can offer for our palate and health. We’ll also look at fire lighting methods and have a go yourself. This land-based workshop will equip you with a good introductory level of plants to be able to identify for yourself, along with ideas of what to do with them.
