P1010897

P1010883view from bowsprit (2)D'Arcy at the Helm, heading for CorsicaCourtchu is our much loved Oysterman 22 Gaff rigged sailing boat.  Reduced to £14,000 to sell this year in 2017…We have owned since 1999 and had great adventures with her around the Bailiwick, from Paimpol to Falmouth, through the French Canals in at Bordeaux, out at Agde and along to Corsica and Capri. We returned from Capri, deciding in the middle of our sail to about turn and look for land and a bigger boat.  A few years on now we have a land project, two children and more recently our larger boat, which means we need to release our grasp on our beautiful Courtchu, a real little ship which could take you on a journey too.  If you know the Pacific Seacraft Dana 24 or have been inspired by the Lin and Larry Pardey (http://www.landlpardey.com/)or the book ‘Voyaging on a small income’ by Annie Hill (http://anniehill.blogspot.com/) then the spirit and lines of Courtchu will be familiar to you. We are asking £14,000 and details can be seen at http://www.apolloduck.co.uk/feature.phtml?id=433954, She has a new engine (unused) and is ready to go apaanchoredrt from an antifoul (paint ready to put on before returning to the water).
